BRIGHT IDEAS change lives, it’s as simple as that!

This is a call to the art & design community to collaborate with us! We are looking for people to inspire great ideas that may be transformed into artworks and functional products for sale to the wholesale and retail markets in South Africa and abroad.

In addition to the funds raised from profits of sales, the BRIGHT IDEAS campaign also has a focus on job creation, skills training, career development and sustainability for young and talented South African artists and designers..

This is how you can make a difference:

• Commission art and functional items from our team of resident artists

• Donate your time and creativity to design a product

• Design and sell your own product with a % of profits to support the foundation

• Sponsor an artist/designer to visit an ART HUB and get creative for our cause

• look out for the BRIGHT IDEAS trademark and purchase the products

10 of the country’s TOP ARTISTS have collaborated with the studio at ART IN THE FOREST to develop a series of Limited Edition products for the BRIGHT IDEAS COLLECTION! Watch out for the “Limited Edition” exhibition at Everard Read Gallery this October where these designs will be unveiled. Orders will raise funds for LFAF whilst increasing job opportunities and skills development at ART IN THE FOREST. Now that’s inspiring!
